FARMING PRACTICES

At Kettner Farms, our unwavering commitment to quality and food safety stands as our foremost priority. Careful planning goes into all aspects of crop production from seed to table. Our farm is 3rd party audited for food safety on an annual basis using the Primus GFS audit scheme. During this audit we have an in-depth review of our growing practices and food handling against federally recommended food safety standards. We also maintain an audited HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) Plan for all product packing and processing operations.
